Owned and operated by Darren and Pauline Sisson, Jet Stream Seasoning operates a fully staffed aircraft catering kitchen located at the Vail Valley Jet Center at the Eagle County Airport.
Unlike outside caterers, Jet Stream Seasoning controls all of its catering orders from the conception to the delivery to your aircraft. Your catering isn't dropped off to a front desk representative. Instead it remains locked in our temperature controlled walk-in refrigerators. These orders are not touched until they are dispatched and delivered to the aircraft.
Jet Stream Seasoning has found the balance between artistry and practicality that make jet menus work. This is a company that understands food and has the ability to adapt that knowledge for your passengers', crews' and aircrafts' specific needs.
Jet Stream Seasoning is also a member of the NBAA Catering Mentor program.
